SPECIAL OFFER FOR
NEW TAP
DANCE STUDENTS
For Term 4 only, all new Theatre Bugs Tap Dance students will receive a free pair of tap shoes valued at $50.
Tap classes are run by our outstanding dance teacher, Zak Vasiliou.

Zak holds a Certificate IV in Commercial Dance and has completed dance exams including tap exams up to the highest level (Level 9, High Distinction, Glen Wood tap syllabus).
We asked Zak why students should consider classes dedicated to Tap:
Tap dancing has many advantages. Not only are tap skills helpful in all styles of dance, they also benefit everyday life. Tap is a great brain training activity that develops cognitive skills. It creates a strong sense of rhythm and timing while teaching young dancers about practise and focus.
The ability to tap dance is a highly desirable skill in musical theatre and is necessary to becoming a well-rounded performer. Tap dancing is also a wonderfully enjoyable style of dance; your very own feet become percussion instruments that are great fun to play and enormously joyful to watch and listen to. Our tap class creates show stopping routines set to a variety of different tracks from popular musicals and the Top 100 charts and will always plant a smile on faces in the audience.
